RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you are a Consumer and want to return the products you purchased on our website, you have the possibility to do it and to obtain a refund of the price, by exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery. Of course, in case you purchased more products with the same order, you can choose to return just one of the received products: in this case we will refund only the price of the products returned.

PRODUCT’S RETURN
After you have sent us your withdrawal statement according to the modalities and conditions set forth in the specific information notice on the right of withdrawal, you will have 14 days from the notice to return the products you are not satisfied with. The return will be at your expense and risk: therefore we will not be liable for any damages or loss occurred to the products during the transport.

REFUND CONDITIONS AND METHODS
After receiving the products, JG HITECHNOLOGY will verify if they are

a) properly packed in the original package, not ruined, damaged and equipped with any accessories, instructions and documentation;

b) without signs of usage unless they are consistent with a normal test of the product (for instance: they shall not appear as being used for a long time or, in any case, for a time exceeding the necessary time for a test and shall not be in such a state to not allow the resale).

Should the outcome of such verification be positive, we will refund you with no delay the entire amount you paid for the purchase of the products returned, including the shipping costs (but with the exception of the further costs deriving from your choice of a shipping method different from the ordinary and cheapest one). The refund will be made with the same payment methods you choose for the purchase of the product. In case of payment through reload of the Postepay, you shall provide JG HITECHNOLOGY with the bank accounts on which the refund should be made or agree a different refund method. If instead the returned product has faults or defects which have cause its deterioration in value other than that necessary for ascertaining its nature, features and functionality, the sum to be refunded shall be reduced by an amount equivalent to such deterioration in value. Should this occur, you will receive an e-mail with all necessary information.

PRODUCT’S REPLACEMENT
If you want to replace the product purchased, you just have to return them according to the modalities above mentioned and place a new order.
