RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are a consumer and want to return the products purchased on our site, you will have the possibility to do so and obtain a refund of the price by exercising the right of withdrawal which is yours by law within 14 days of delivery. Naturally, in case of purchase of several products with the same order, you can decide to return even just one of the products received: in this case we will refund you only the price of the returned products.
RETURN OF THE PRODUCT
After sending us the declaration of withdrawal according to the methods and conditions indicated in the specific information on the right of withdrawal, you will have 14 days from sending the communication to return the products you are not satisfied with.
The return will be at your expense and at your risk: therefore we will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the products during transport.
REFUND CONDITIONS AND METHOD
After receiving the products, JG HITECHNOLOGY will check if they are:
a) correctly packed in their original packaging, undamaged, undamaged and equipped with all accessories, instructions for use and documentation;
b) with no signs of use other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (for example: they must not bear traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a proof and must not be in such a state as not to allow their resale).
If the verification is successful, we will refund you without undue delay the full amount you paid by way of price including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method other than the ordinary and less expensive one) .
The refund will be made with the same payment methods you chose for the purchase of the product.
In case of payment by Postepay top-up, you will have to provide JG HITECHNOLOGY with the bank details where to make the refund or agree on a different refund method.
If, on the other hand, the returned product presents defects or faults for which it has suffered a decrease in value other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the refunded sum will be reduced by an amount corresponding to this decrease in value. In this case you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
If you wish to replace the purchased product, simply return the product according to the instructions above and place a new order.
